The full list is rice bran oil, coconut oil, stearic acid, cocoa and/or mango seed butter, candelilla wax, essential or fragrance oils where scented, and vitamin E, infused with Vermont-grown calendula. There are no petroleum derivatives in it at any stage. That's the main reason studios come to us rather than to a promotional supplier. Most branded balm on the market is petroleum-based, which puts artists in the awkward position of handing out the thing they just told the client to avoid.

Yes, by formulation rather than as a special version. We use candelilla wax rather than beeswax across the whole range, so every stick is plant-based. There's no separate vegan SKU to specify and no risk of the wrong one turning up in your order.

Most studios choose Unscented, which contains no fragrance or essential oils at all, and that's what we'd suggest if the stick is going home with fresh work. Scent on skin that's recovering is a preference thing at best and an irritant at worst, and unscented avoids the question entirely. If you're selling it as counter merch rather than sending it home, scented versions do fine, and there are 70+ to choose from. You can mix scents in one order as long as you take at least 25 of each.

Each one is 0.15 oz / 4.25 g in a standard push-up tube, pocket-sized. Be realistic about what that covers: it's well suited to smaller pieces, touch-ups, and keeping a finished tattoo from looking dry, and it's a genuinely useful thing to send someone home with. It is not a tub of aftercare for a full back piece. If you need something for large-format work, this isn't the right product and we'd rather say so now.

Fifty sticks, with at least 25 of any one scent, so a 50-stick order means two scents, or 50 of a single one. We keep it low deliberately, because most suppliers won't quote under several hundred units and a single-artist studio rarely needs that many at once. If you're not sure how fast you'll go through them, start at 50 and reorder; reorders are cheaper because the setup fee is waived.

Standard tubes are $2.35 each for 50–149, $1.85 for 150–299, $1.35 for 300–999, and $1.10 for 1,000 or more. Paper tubes are exactly $1.65 more per stick at every one of those bands. There's a one-time $75 label setup fee on your first order, waived on every reorder of the same label. So a first order of 150 standard sticks is $352.50 all in, and your next 150 is $277.50. Check the tier edges before you finalize a number, because scents are made in lots of 25, your total is always a multiple of 25, and 150 sticks costs less in total than 125 does.

Most orders are out the door within two weeks of the moment you approve your label proof, not from when you place the order. Add a few days at the front for us to design the label and for you to review it, plus transit time, so from placing the order to having them in the shop is usually about three weeks. If you're timing it around a convention or a shop anniversary, tell us the date and we'll confirm it before you order. In a rush? Rush processing is available on standard and paper tubes for an extra fee, and rush orders of standard tubes can often be processed and shipped out within a few days.

Send whatever you have. Your logo file, your Instagram, a photo of your shop sign. We'll design the label around it and send proofs within a few days. Nothing goes to production until you've approved them, and if something isn't right we adjust and send another. Flash and hand-lettering usually reproduce well at label size; very fine linework sometimes needs thickening, and we'll tell you if that's the case rather than printing something muddy.

Yes. Kraft paperboard push-up tubes, renewable, biodegradable, and recyclable, with an oil-resistant lining that keeps the balm fresh. They're $1.65 more per stick at every quantity band. If sustainability is something your studio talks about, this is usually the better fit, and we're happy to quote both so you can compare.

A few things, and we'd rather be straight about them. We don't make healing claims. This is a clean, petroleum-free moisturizing balm; we're not going to tell you it heals a tattoo faster or makes anything happen medically, because that isn't a claim we can stand behind and you shouldn't have to repeat it to clients. We won't produce orders under 50 sticks or fewer than 25 of any one scent. It's a 0.15 oz stick, so it isn't the right format for large-format aftercare.
