From Local to Global: Help Us Celebrate Women Entrepreneurs . . .

In honor of International Women’s Day (March 8th), and Women’s History Month (all of March), we would like to highlight a few of our favorite women-owned businesses with all of you so that we can support each other in our collective endeavors.
There are so many women-owned companies that we love and want to share with all of you so we’ve decided not to overwhelm you with one massive blog post. We’ll feature a handful now and a handful in a later post. Keep an eye out over the next few days for the next batch of fabulous women-owned businesses!

From their website: “Hedgehog Fibres is an independent dye studio located in Co. Cork, Ireland. Beata Jezek is the company founder/artistic director/dyer in chief/queen of all things. After starting the company single handedly from her kitchen, she now has a great team and a custom fitted studio in Little Island, Co. Cork.” This absolutely beautiful yarn with the brightest colors and the best materials will make your next yarn project a true delight:

Even better, you can sign up for their newsletter to find out when new styles are released or sign up for a monthly subscription box. You won’t regret checking out these styles:
