Sarah Falls Studio is run by a woman named Sarah, who is both a nurse and a mother of two.  After years of caring for others, she decided to prioritize her own self-care and, while doing Reiki, yoga, and meditation, realized there was a need for high quality self-care items.  She has been sewing her whole life and decided to make eye pillows, masks, and neck wraps. Her products are made from 100% cotton materials that allow the skin to breathe, while being durable, washable, and biodegradable.  Sarah says, "Rest and relaxation are so important to live your best life!"
